methodology having been built on a foundation of
state-of-the-art systems engineering techniques, the

Ursa Minor has been focussed on developing and offering products and services that enhance public safety. A primary goal of the company has been to enhance the safety of maritime and terrestrial users by providing novel services using a combination of terrestrial and space based communication and remote sensing systems.

Consulting (West) is a leading high-end ICT consulting,
development and integration company, located in Delft, The
Netherlands. West has considerable experience since 1985
offering reliable, scalable services to her clients to help
them achieve their business goals. At the very heart of these
services is West's rigorous approach to software engineering,
extensively used both for the development of space related
and conventional software systems.
West uses a project methodology which closely follows the space ECSS software engineering standard and covers all phases of a software engineering project. This standard defines the steps necessary to produce software, the logical relationship between these steps and all the management activities necessary.
Argoss
ARGOSS
is a consulting company monitoring, analysing and forecasting
environmental conditions providing innovative meteorological
and oceanographic solutions to the offshore, coastal and
harbour sectors, and public authorities.
Specialised in using earth observation data from satellites we have expertise and experience in processing radar, optical and acoustics measurements, numerical modelling, algorithm development, calibration & validation and assimilation of measurements into models.
ARGOSS provides services in the local, regional, and global arena for marine environmental information and air quality information (high-resolution meteorological and atmospheric chemistry) integrating model, remote sensing and in-situ data.
We provide solutions for local based services integrating navigational and environmental information for search and rescue applications, ship navigation and emergency services and environmental reporting.
Integricom
Integricom
was founded in 1998 and provides technical consultancy in the
field of navigation systems. It specialises in
performance-related issues and has a proven track record with
Eurocontrol, national aviation authorities, industry and
navigation service providers. It has undertaken studies in
the use of navigation systems for different modes of
transport, has performed performance analysis studies and has
designed and developed positioning and integrity monitoring
algorithms.
Integricom is member of the RTCA and actively participates in the Eurocae Working Group 62 on Galileo. Furthermore, Integricom is a member of Eurocontrol's ESTB/EGNOS datacollection network in cooperation with the Technical University of Budapest, and is partner in the Mentor Consortium within the Eurocontrol EEC Framework.
EARS
EARS
provides satellite based services and systems for monitoring
water and food. Our activities start from the Energy &
Water Balance Monitoring System (EWBMS), generating
distributed temperature, radiation, evapotranspiration and
rainfal data fields. On the basis of the EWBMS data we
provide advanced crop yield and river runoff forecasting
technology and services. Additional activities are the
monitoring of forest, fire and photosynthesis.
